Klamath Falls Sailing



Klamath Falls offers some of the best sailing in the west!  Klamath Lake hosts annual regattas, as well as weekly races during the spring and summer months.  The lake boasts wonderful wind conditions and plenty of room to maneuver.  Plus, there are very few motor sports on Klamath Lake which gives sailors quiet and relaxing outings.

The Klamath Yacht Club and Pelican Marina are situated on the banks of Klamath Lake.  Klamath Yacht Club is a casual place with very friendly people.  The bar is the hull of a boat, where people gather around for a good drink and good company.  The bar is typically open on Friday nights and welcomes guests.  On Wednesday night races a freshly grilled hamburger and a beer is what most sailors are craving!
